To access paid courses, users must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Nexia Technicals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or are used in a manner that may cause harm to the platform or other users.

4. Payments and Course Access
All payments for courses are processed securely through Razorpay. Nexia Technicals does not store or process card details directly.
By completing a transaction, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s applicable terms and policies. Course access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
Nexia Technicals reserves the right to modify course pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including but not limited to course materials, branding, logos, videos, text, graphics, strategies, tools, and proprietary frameworks, are the exclusive property of Nexia Technicals.
Content is licensed to users for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, public display, recording, reverse engineering, or sharing of course materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to misuse the platform in any way that could disrupt its operations, compromise security, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable laws.
Unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping, reverse engineering of tools, or distribution of course content will be treated as material breaches of these Terms.

7. User-Generated Content

10. Changes to the Platform and These Terms

11. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India, and governed by the laws of India.
