Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs purchases of digital courses and related educational services offered by us. By purchasing a course through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Nexia Technicals provides digital educational content delivered through restricted online access. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are subject to specific refund conditions designed to protect both users and the integrity of our intellectual property.

Users are eligible to request a refund within seven (21) calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@sourenjadhavgmail-com

Requests submitted beyond the 21 day period will not be eligible for standard refund consideration.

Refund eligibility is conditional upon course usage. If seventy percent (60%) or more of the course content has been accessed, viewed, or consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable. Course consumption is determined based on platform analytics, login records, and content engagement tracking. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of digital content and intellectual property.

In addition to the standard 21 day window, Nexia Technicals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. Approval of discretionary refunds does not create precedent or obligation for future approvals. Each request will be evaluated independently.

Course access is granted for a limited duration as specified at the time of purchase. Video content is non-downloadable; however, certain supplementary notes or materials may be downloadable. Refund requests will not be granted solely on the basis that downloadable notes were accessed if overall course consumption remains below the sixty percent threshold.

Cancellation requests made before significant use of course content may be considered if submitted promptly via email. If access has not meaningfully commenced, and the request is made within the eligible period, a full refund may be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued in full to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on banking and payment gateway timelines. Nexia Technicals does not deduct payment gateway fees from approved refunds.

Purchases made using promotional discounts, special offers, referral benefits, or limited-time pricing may be subject to modified refund eligibility. Where explicitly stated at the time of purchase, certain discounted or promotional products may be non-refundable. Users are advised to review offer-specific conditions before completing transactions.

Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Nexia Technicals for resolution. Initiating a chargeback after accessing course content or in violation of this policy may result in permanent account suspension, denial of future access, recovery proceedings, and submission of supporting usage evidence to the payment processor. Nexia Technicals reserves the right to contest illegitimate disputes and pursue recovery of associated damages or administrative costs where permitted by law.

Nexia Technicals reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
