About Us
For three decades, Sunilkumar Jadhav has approached the markets with the mind of an engineer and the discipline of a lifelong practitioner. Based in Sangli, Maharashtra, he built his early career as a Civil Engineering professor-a foundation that shaped how he dismantles complexity. Where others see noise in price action, he sees systems, structures, and repeatable patterns.
His market journey began with passive investing, gradually expanding into shares and commodities. Drawn to the works of Steve Nison, Mark Douglas, John Bollinger, Edwards & Magee, and Brian Shannon, he treated their theories not as doctrine, but as hypotheses to be stress-tested against real market conditions. Beginning in the early 2000s, he started keeping a meticulous diary-recording not only trade opinions and positional strategies, but his failures, losses, and the behavioral patterns that cost him. He maintains that diary to this day.
This practice forged a philosophy rooted in resilience. Sunilkumar believes that sustainable trading is not built by avoiding losses, but by studying them with scientific honesty. His diary became a longitudinal study of what actually works, refined through backtesting and the patience to let strategies prove themselves over time.
After retiring from academia, he began teaching technical analysis informally to friends and family. Demand grew organically through word-of-mouth alone-he never sought to commercialize his knowledge. He prefers the intimacy of interactive sessions, where complex techniques can be deconstructed and rebuilt simply. To preserve that clarity for those who could not attend live, his son Souren encouraged him to record his sessions, translating a personal teaching style into a format accessible anywhere.
Certified by NISM (Equity & Derivatives) and NIFM (Advisor), Sunilkumar now offers his methodology to anyone with a curious mind, the willingness to learn, and the patience to execute. His foundational module is especially designed for passive investors ready to understand the mechanics behind their decisions.
